As a Hungarian, I use A LOT of paprika when cooking, especially when cooking Hungarian food, to the point where it is like an obsession. I would say that this obsession with paprika that all Hungarians seem to have is almost cult-like. To feed into this mania, I have decided to intersperse graphic notation sections which I have created by sticking paprika on printed versions of the score with liquid glue and also sprawling illegible phrases on top of this with a pencil

Paprika to me also feels really nostalgic, especially when cooking at home, because it reminds me of all the memories I have as a child cooking with my mum and grandma. To reflect this, I have interspersed some Hungarian folk songs I grew up with and some sections in which the instruments imitate certain cooking sounds.

With pApRiKa BrEaTh, I invite you to join our cult. Sing Hungarian folk melodies with us, revel in your kitchen with your newfound paprika power.

Feel the paprika; Taste the paprika; Be oneee withhh the paaaprrrrriiiiiKKKKKKKAAAAAAAAAAA
